Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. Receiving and sorting daily mail, typing, filing, faxing, word processing, database management and other duties as required.
· Answers incoming telephone calls within three rings and route to a specific individual or department
· Assist with walk-in customers.
· Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
· Coordinates the typing of job-specific documentation, and interoffice communication
· Performs all filing duties and maintains accurate customer files
· Orders all office supplies
· Maintains office inventory
· Responsible for sorting and distributing company mail
· Other duties as required or assigned by company management
